TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Bisto ”Win a Cracking £2k Getaway Every Week” promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you will be legally bound by these Terms.

Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter, also form part of these Terms. If there is a conflict in these Terms with any such promotional materials or other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.

The Promoter and the Agency
- Premier Foods Group Limited of Premier House, Centrium Business Park Griffiths Way, St. Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 2RE is the “Promoter”.
- Umbrella Risk Management Limited Chilton Business Centre, Dodwell House, Chilton HP18 9LS is the “Agency” and will be responsible for administering the Promotion.
- The Happy Prize Company Limited of 3rd Floor, Chancery House, St Nicholas Way, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 1JB is the “Fulfilment Provider” and will be responsible for arranging and delivering the prizes.
Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over with internet access, a valid email address and a mobile phone number. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies (including the Agency and the Fulfilment Provider), or to any of their immediate family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant or claimant of a prize. The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, which may include proof of purchase, identity, age, residency and address. The Promoter may withhold prizes while it verifies eligibility.
- Entries may only be submitted via the Promotion Website (see clause 10). There is no charge to use the Website.
How to Enter
- The Promotion consists of two parts:
- Main Promotion: The main promotion will begin at 00:00 (UK time) on 27 August 2025 and will close at 23:59 (UK time) on 28 October 2025 inclusive (the “Main Promotion Period”). The Main Promotion consists of nine (9) weekly prize draws (each a “Prize Draw Week”).
- Wrap Up Draw: The wrap up draw will begin at 00:00 (UK time) on 29 October 2025 and will close at 23:59 (UK time) on 6 January 2026 inclusive (the “Wrap Up Draw Period”).
- The combined duration of the Main Promotion Period and the Wrap Up Draw Period shall be referred to as the “Promotion Period”.
- All entries into either the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw online must be received by the end of the applicable Promotion period set out in clause 7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegal, misdirected, corrupted or not received by the end of the Promotional Period for any reason. Proof of complying with the Promotion 'How to Enter' requirements shall not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry.
- To enter the Promotion, you must:
- Purchase a promotional tub of Bisto Beef Gravy Granules (190g), Bisto Beef Gravy Granules Reduced Salt (190g), Bisto Chicken Gravy Granules (190g), Bisto Onion Gravy Granules (190g), Bisto Sauce Mix Parsley (190g) or Bisto Sauce Mix Cheese (190g) featuring the “Win a Cracking £2K Getaway Every Week” flash (the “Promotional Pack”);
- During the Promotion Period, visit www.winwithbisto.co.uk (the “Website”) or scan the QR code on the Promotional Pack and provide your first name, last name, mobile number and email address; and
- Select the retailer you purchased the Promotional Pack from; and
- Upload a clear image of the original itemised till receipt showing the purchase of the Promotion Pack, the retailer and store of purchase, and the date of purchase. Receipts that are created or modified using artificial intelligence (AI), or any photo editing tools will not be accepted. The Promoter and its agencies reserve the right to reject any receipt that they believe, at their sole discretion, has been created, amended or otherwise not in its original form.
Main Promotion Entries
- The Main Promotion (see clause 7(a)) consists of “Prize Draw Weeks” as set out in the table in clause 12 below. Each valid entry will be entered into the prize draw corresponding to the Prize Draw Week in which the entry is received. Entries received after the Main Promotion Period will not be valid for the weekly draws but will be entered into the Wrap Up Draw (see “Wrap Up Draw entries” below), subject these Terms.
- The dates for each Prize Draw Weeks are as follows:

Winners will be drawn at random (using the process in clause 22) for each Prize Draw Week, within 14 days of the end of the relevant Prize Draw Week. See “Winner announcement and prize claims” for details on how winners will be notified and for details on claiming prizes. Participants who enter and do not win, will not be notified.
- Entries received between 00:00 (UK time) on 29 October 2025 to 23:59 (UK time) on 6 January 2026 will be entered into the Wrap Up Draw (see “Wrap Up Draw entries” below).
Wrap Up Draw entries
- Participants who enter during the Wrap Up Draw Period (see clause 7(b)) will be entered into a prize draw where 1 prize will be available to be won (see “The Prize” below for prize details).
- Within 14 days of the end of the Wrap Up Draw Period, one (1) winner will be selected at random (using the process in clause 22) from all valid entries received during the Wrap Up Draw. See “Winner announcement and prize claims” for details on how winners will be notified and for details on claiming prizes. Participants who do not win will not be notified.
Restrictions on entry and prize claims
- There is a limit of one (1) entry per Promotional Pack and per receipt.
- During the Main Promotion, participants may enter once per Prize Draw Week (see the table at clause 12) per mobile number and email address. During the Wrap Up Draw Period (see clause 7(b)), participants may enter up to ten (10) times per mobile number and email address.
- There is a maximum of two (2) prizes per household across the entire Promotion.
- Participants must retain their promotional pack and original itemised till receipt as proof of purchase. These may be required to validate a winning claim.
- Participants who seek to enter more than the entry limits set out in these Terms may be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. Entries made using multiple mobile numbers or email addresses by the same person may also be disqualified.
Selection of winners
- All winners in this Promotion will be selected using a secure and automatic computer-generated algorithm that produces verifiably random results, under the supervision of an independent observer.
The Prize
- Each winner in both the Main Promotion and the Wrap Up Draw will win a UK break worth £2,000, for either a family of four (4) (two (2) adults and two (2) children under sixteen (16)) or, two (2) adults, depending on the winner’s preference, including £700 spending money to be paid by bank transfer (with select banks). The winner may select a UK break of their choice from the options set out in clause 24.
- Winners will be able to choose from the following UK breaks:
- Bristol City Break: A three (3) night stay in a 4-star hotel, with breakfast included. If two (2) people are utilizing the prize, then they will receive a room upgrade (to the next highest room standard provided by the hotel) or, an additional night’s stay, at the winner’s option and subject to availability.
- Yorkshire Countryside Retreat: A four (4) night stay in a boutique cottage, with breakfast included. Further details on the cottage included in the prize can be provided by the Fulfilment Provider.
- Blackpool Entertainment Break: A three (3) night stay in a 4-star hotel, with breakfast included. If two (2) people are utilizing the prize, then they will receive a room upgrade (to the next highest room standard provided by the hotel), and an additional night’s stay, subject to availability).
- London Adventure: A three (3) night stay in a 3-star hotel with breakfast included. If two people are utilizing the prize, then they will receive a room upgrade (to the next highest room standard provided by the hotel), and an additional night’s stay, subject to availability).
- Canal Boat Holiday: A three (3) night stay on a canal boat with two cabins. No meals are included. Further details on the canal boat can be provided by the Fulfilment Provider.
- Where the winner selects a UK break with hotel accommodation included, then the accommodation will be provided with a standard double/twin room (for two (2) persons), unless the prize allows for an upgrade (see clause 24) or, a standard family room / interconnecting room (for four (4) persons).
- All trips must be booked and taken between 5 September 2025 and 5 September 2026. Date restrictions apply, including the exclusion of UK public holidays and peak travel periods. Date restrictions will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- A valid credit or debit card will be required upon check-in to cover any incidentals or, for the purpose of covering any damage to the accommodation caused by the winner or their guest and, where applicable, a £250 security deposit for the canal boat holiday.
General Prize Terms
- All prize bookings must be arranged exclusively through the Fulfilment Provider. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of request. The Fulfilment Provider will offer a concierge service to assist winners in selecting and confirming their chosen UK break.
- Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or auctioned. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash or other alternative, except in circumstances outside the Promoter's control, where the Promoter has the discretion to replace the prize with an alternative of equal or higher value.
- Unless expressly included within the description of the prize, insurance, travel expenses, tax, personal and food and drink expenses are excluded. The winner and the winner’s guest will be required to ensure that they take out suitable travel insurance to cover their needs. Where the winner opts for the Canal Boat Holiday, then they will be required to ensure that their and their guest’s travel insurance includes narrowboat cover. The Fulfilment Provider can provide further details at the time of booking. Any costs incurred in addition to those included within the prize and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
Travel or holiday prizes
- At least one person travelling must be aged 21 or over. Any guests travelling who are under 18 must only do so with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- The prize must be booked, taken and completed before the prize validity period expires. All elements of a prize must be taken at the same time and the winner and their guest must travel together. Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled. All elements and experiences included within the prize are subject to availability. If any elements or experiences are not available for the dates that the prize will be taken, the Promoter may substitute such elements or experiences for alternative elements or experiences of at least equivalent value, in its sole discretion. The winner should provide the Fulfilment Provider with three preferred travel dates falling within the prize validity period. Dates and times for booking prizes (including accommodation and any experiences included within the prize package, if applicable) are subject to availability and there is no guarantee that the Fulfilment Provider will be able to accommodate the dates provided by the winner.
- Winners will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel. Dates once notified to the Promoter(s) or Agency, as applicable, cannot be changed. Winners and guests are responsible for ensuring that they have all appropriate vaccinations (if necessary) and comply with all health regulations. Winners and guests must comply with the applicable laws and regulations in the destination of travel and, with any terms and conditions of any carrier, airline, provider of accommodation, event or experience.
Winner announcement and prize claims
- Winners of the Promotion will be contacted via email notification by the Agency within 14 days of the relevant draw date.
- If you are the winner of a prize, you will have 14 days from the date of the initial notification to claim your prize by confirming your eligibility and providing any required information, including your preferred contact details and delivery address, where applicable. If you do not claim the prize within this timeframe, your claim will become invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative eligible entrant selected at random from the remaining valid entries in the relevant prize draw (i.e. received in the relevant Prize Draw Week or, in the Wrap Up Draw, as applicable).
- Once a winner has claimed their prize, they will be contacted via a follow-up telephone call from the Fulfilment Provider within 7 working days to discuss details on booking the trip. At this stage, the winner will be able to ask any queries they have about any of the UK break options and, to select their preferred option. All bookings are subject to availability.
- It is the responsibility of the participant to provide accurate, up-to-date details. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which then affects the acceptance or fulfilment of their prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of a participant to take up the prize.
- Winners must provide a valid UK residential address and contact details for booking purposes. The Promoter will not arrange bookings for individuals using virtual addresses or third-party forwarding services.
Prize forfeiture
- A winner forfeits their prize if:
- the winner does for respond to a notification (see clause 35) and / or does not provide contact or other information requested in the notification within the time period set out in clause 35;
- a prize is rejected by the winner;
- a winner cannot accept the prize for any reason; or
- an entry is invalid, or a participant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms; and
where a prize is forfeited in accordance with this clause, then, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining, valid entries submitted into (i) the relevant Prize Draw Week from which the prize has been forfeited or (ii) the Wrap Draw, as applicable.
Data Protection and Marketing
- All entries and any accompanying material (whether visual, oral or written) submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your entry and any accompanying material, each entrant agrees to:
- assign to the Promoter all copyright and other intellectual property rights which exist in their participation in this Promotion and any accompanying material with full title guarantee, in perpetuity and on a worldwide basis for use at Promoter's sole discretion including, without limitation, use in advertising, other media, press releases, editorial and promotional activity, point of sale material, Promoter's websites, third party websites (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube), newsletters and e-newsletters; and
- irrevocably waive all moral rights (which shall include their name, location and age) which could exist in and to their entry and otherwise arising in connection with their entry to which the entrant may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
Each entrant agrees that they shall execute any document or instrument necessary to give effect to any assignment, grant of rights or waiver referred to in this clause 41.
- Any personal information that entrants share with the Promotor (including name, address, email, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that their information may be held and used by the Promotor, its agents (including the Agency and the Fulfilment Provider) and suppliers for the purpose of administering the Promotion. The Promotor may contact entrants by email, post, phone, SMS or other means in relation to the Promotion, but will not send entrants any marketing communication unless entrants have also agreed to this or the Promoter has another lawful basis for the communication.
- All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
- In entering the Promotion, all entrants and winners agree to participate in any promotional activity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include entry content, voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the Promotion) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice. Promoter may modify any entry content to fit in context with the relevant usage, whilst maintaining its original sentiment.The Promoter may also be required to make a list of winners available (see clause 45) or, provide information that indicates that a valid award for the Promotion took place. The Promoter may therefore use the winner’s first name and initial, and county of residence (where available), to announce them as the winner of the Promotion. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used for any of the reasons set out in this clause or, if you wish to limit the amount of personal information that is published, please contact privacy@premierfoods.co.uk upon entry to the Promotion. In such circumstances, the Promoter may still be required to provide such information and all winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- To receive a list of winner(s), email hello@winwithbisto.co.uk by no later than 5 April 2026. Please note that we may not be able to disclose this requested information if an entrant objects to the disclosure of such information in accordance with clause 44. Where a winning entrant has objected to their information being disclosed, the Promoter will instead confirm that a valid award has taken place.
Limitation of Liability
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents (including the Agency) or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
General
- By entering the Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by (i) these Terms and, to the extent applicable (ii) the Premier Foods Group Limited website general terms of use: https://www.premierfoods.co.uk/SpecialPages/Legal-Notices/LegalNotices-TermsOfUse.aspx; Any entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and the applicable terms set out in this clause will be disqualified. By entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that your personal data will be collected, stored, handled and processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy: [insert link to relevant privacy policy]
- Entries and claims for prizes which do not include all of the information required will be deemed as invalid.
- Any decision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, claim or award of prizes and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify a participant where it believes there has been a breach of these Terms, the spirit of the promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means. The Promoter's decision will be final in this regard.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, delayed, incomplete, lost, damaged, incorrectly submitted, are unreadable or misdirected, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, non-availability of the website, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or any other reason.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for (a) any codes, entries or notifications which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason; (b) any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website; or (e) any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
- Participants acknowledge that the Promoter is responsible for the administration of this Promotion and that any other third-party companies or brands referenced in these Terms or, associated with this Promotion, shall be released of any responsibility or liability in respect of this Promotion. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The Promoter reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion in the event of circumstances outside its reasonable control, which it considers necessary.
- The Promotion and these Terms are subject the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
