I've found a Blue Diamond winning ticket, how do I claim my prize?

You must follow the instructions on the winning ticket found inside the promotional tub to follow the claim process within 14 days.

How do I know if I have won via the weekly prize draw?
1. Level 2 winners will be sent an SMS notification within 7 days of the draw date along with a link to claim their Character Prize. Winners will have 14 days from their SMS win notification to click on the claim link to claim their prize providing their first name, last name and postal address.
2. Level 3 winners will be sent an SMS notification within 7 days of the draw date with a link to their eVoucher. Winners that do not respond to the winners’ SMS notification within 14 days they will forfeit their prize.
3. Wrap up draw winners will be sent an SMS notification with a link to claim their Prize, within 7 days of draw date with a link to claim their Feathers Water Bottle or character prize.

Yes, you may enter up to four times during the promotional period but you can only enter once each day.

How will I know if my entry is valid?

You will see an on-screen message which will confirm that you’ve been entered into that week’s Prize Draw or Mop up draw depending on the time you entered.

How will my personal data be handled?

The Promoter will collect and process certain personal information from entrants which, by taking part in the promotion, the entrants’ consent to. The Promoter will only use the personal data for the purposes of carrying out the promotion and, if your consent is obtained, to send you emails containing news and offers from Bisto and for no other purpose, unless the Promoter obtains your consent. However, personal data supplied during the course of the promotion may be passed on to third party supplier only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the promotion. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the "Bisto Find the Feathers McGraw" promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, you will be legally bound by these Terms.

If there is a conflict in these Terms with any such promotional materials or other terms whatsoever attached to any other advertising material in respect of the Promotion, these Terms will take precedence.

The Promoter

Premier Foods Group Limited of Premier House, Centrium Business Park Griffiths Way, St. Albans, United Kingdom, AL1 2RE is the “Promoter”.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18+ and who have internet access. The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or to any of their immediate respective family members or persons living in the same household, whether or not related, or to anyone else professionally connected with the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant or claimant of a Prize (defined below in clause 10). The Promoter may require such information as it considers reasonably necessary for this purpose, which may include proof of purchase, identity, age, residency and address. The Promoter may withhold Prizes while it verifies eligibility. If a winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select, at random, an alternative winner from all other eligible entrants to receive their Prize and to require the return of any Prize already awarded.

How to Enter

The Promotion consists of two parts - the Main Promotion and the Wrap Up Draw:
1. Main Promotion: The Main Promotion will begin at 00:01 (UK time) on 30 January 2025 (the “Main Promotion Opening Time”), will close at 23:59 (UK time) on 16 April 2025 inclusive (the “Main Promotion Closing Time”), and will consist of two prize promotions (set out in clause 5). The period from the Main Promotion Opening Time and ending at the Main Promotion Closing Time is the “Main Promotional Period”.
2. Wrap Up Draw: The Wrap Up Draw will begin at 00:01 (UK time) on 17 April 2025 (the "Wrap Up Draw Opening Time") and close at 23:59 on 16 July 2025 inclusive (the "Wrap Up Draw Closing Time"). The period from the Wrap Up Draw Opening Time and ending at the Wrap Up Draw Closing Time is the " Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period".
All entries into either the Main Promotion or the Wrap Up Draw online must be received by the end of the applicable promotional period set out in clause 4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegal, misdirected, corrupted or not received by the end of the Promotional Period for any reason. Proof of complying with the Promotion 'How to Enter' requirements shall not be accepted as proof of receipt or entry.

The Main Promotion consists of two prize promotions, the entry requirements for each of which are set out below:

Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion
To enter the Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion, purchase a promotional tub of Bisto Gravy Granules (190g), Bisto Chicken Gravy Granules (190g), Bisto Onion Gravy Granules (190g) or Bisto Reduced Salt Gravy Granules (190g) displaying Feathers McGraw and information relating to the Promotion (the "Promotional Product") at any participating retail store (in-store or online) during the Main Promotional Period (each a "Promotion Participating Retailer"). For a list of Promotion Participating Retailers see Appendix A to these Terms. Promotional Products are available in select stores and subject to availability. If you find a winning 'Feathers McGraw' ticket within the Promotional Product you have bought, subject to compliance with all other requirements set out in these Terms, you will win a Main Prize.

Remember to retain your itemised till receipt showing your purchase of a Promotional Product as it will enable you to enter two of the prize promotions forming part of the Promotion, one of which will be the Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion (i.e. one itemised till receipt showing your purchase of a Promotional Product will entitle you to enter the Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion and a Weekly Draw; or the Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion and the Wrap Up Draw).

Weekly Draws

During each period Thursday to Wednesday (inclusive) (a "Promotion Week") during the Main Promotional Period (see below table for confirmation as to the Promotion Weeks), a prize draw will also take place (each prize draw being a "Weekly Draw"). To enter such a prize draw during a Promotion Week, scan the QR code displayed on the Promotional Product you purchased from a Promotion Participating Retailer, or visit winwithbisto.co.uk (the "Website"). You will then be required to upload a copy of your original itemised till receipt (both front and back view) showing your purchase of the Promotional Product at the Promotion Participating Retailer, select your preferred retailer for potential delivery of an e-voucher Prize from ASDA, Morrisons (excluding Morrisons Daily) or Sainsbury’s, and provide your name and mobile phone number. You must then insert the "One-Time-Password" automatically sent to your mobile number in the pop-up displayed online to complete your entry submission into the Weekly Draw for that particular Promotion Week.

Dates of each Weekly Draw are set out below. Where an entry is received during a Promotion Week, such entry will be accounted for as an entry into the Weekly Draw that takes place at the end of that Promotion Week:

Wrap Up Draw
A wrap up draw will then take place on 14 August 2025 (the "Wrap Up Draw Date"). To enter, scan the QR code displayed on the Promotional Product you purchased from a Promotion Participating Retailer, or visit the Website during the Wrap Up Draw Promotional Period.

The information you are required to submit will then be the same as for the Weekly Draws for the Main Promotion (see above at clause 5(b) for details. Details of the Prizes, prize draw dates (as applicable) and how to claim a Prize if you are a winner for any stage of the Promotion can be found below at clauses 10 and 14).
There is no charge to register for use of the Website.

Restrictions on entry

Each time an entrant wishes to enter either a Weekly Draw or the Wrap Up Draw, they must provide a unique itemised till receipt showing the purchase of a Promotional Product (i.e. there is a maximum of one entry per Promotional Product and per receipt). . Each entrant (assessed according to the mobile phone details provided with their entry) may enter into up to a total of five draws forming part of this Promotion. There is no limit on entry to the Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion.
Entrants who seek to enter more than this limit may be disqualified. Entries (including bulk entries) generated by script, macro, mechanical or other automated means are prohibited and will cause disqualification. Multiple entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted. Multiple entries made by the same person from various mobile numbers or other accounts or from the same IP address will not be valid.

Prizes and Number of Winners

A description of the prizes available to be won (each a "Prize") and the number of winners for each stage of the Promotion are set out below:
1. Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion
  3 x winning 'Feathers McGraw' tickets will be randomly seeded into the Promotional Products. The Promoter will use a randomised computer process to select the Promotion Participating Retailers, location and date of seeding. Entrants who purchase a Promotional Product and find a winning ticket inside it will each win a round, one-carat, brilliant cut, blue lab grown diamond worth approximately £1,500 (each a “Main Prize”). The diamonds incorporating the Main Prize are lab grown and each will be supplied with a IGI certificate including a laser inscription with a unique code on a diamond girdle. This code will correspond with the diamond’s IGI certificate. The diamonds have been purchased and verified by a certified diamond retailer. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the resale value of the lab diamonds or any fluctuation in value of the diamonds. A winner of a Main Prize acknowledges and accepts that under no circumstances will they be permitted to return the Main Prize once they have received it.
2. Weekly Draws
  Each Promotion Week, the following prizes are available to be won as part of the Weekly Draws with winners being selected at random from eligible entries:
  1. 25 pairs of Feathers McGraw slippers (size Medium (UK 4-8; EU 36-39) or Large (UK 8.5-11; EU 40-45), depending on the size an entrant selects on the claim form);
  2. 25 Feathers McGraw water bottles (17.5 fl oz);
  3. 50 pairs of Feathers McGraw socks (size Small-Medium (UK 4-8; EU 37-42) or Large (UK 9-13; EU 43-48), depending on the size an entrant selects on the claim form); and
  4. 500 £1.50 Bisto seasonings e-vouchers (which are valid until 14 May 2025 and can be redeemed at the preferred retailer selected by the winner in advance from ASDA, Morrisons (excluding Morrisons Daily) and Sainsbury’s, within their stores – such e-vouchers cannot be redeemed at petrol stations or online), each a "Weekly Draw Prize".
  Winners of the slippers and socks Prizes will be required to select a preferred size on their claim form and such sizes will be provided on a first come, first served basis while stocks last. In total, there are 6,600 Weekly Draw Prizes available to be won across the 11 weekly prize draws during the Promotional Period (with 600 Weekly Draw Prizes available to be won per Promotion Week). Therefore, a maximum of 6,600 winners will be selected at random during the Promotional Period (a maximum of 600 winners per Promotion Week) from all eligible entries.
3. Wrap Up Draw
  The following prizes are available to be won as part of the Wrap Up Draw, with winners being selected at random from eligible entries:
  1. excluding e-voucher Prizes, any Prize not won or claimed during the Main Promotion or Weekly Draws; and
  2. 10 Feathers McGraw water bottles (17.5 fl oz).
Prizes cannot be sold, transferred or auctioned. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash substitutes or alternative prizes, except in circumstances outside the Promoter's control, where the Promoter has the discretion to replace the Prize with an alternative of equal or higher value.
For the Main Promotion, there is a maximum of one (1) Main Prize per entrant. Across the entire Promotion (both the Main Promotion and Wrap Up Draw), there is a maximum of four (4) Prizes in total per entrant.
E-voucher Prizes are subject to and must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below:
Each e-voucher Prize is unique to a winner and can only be used once at participating UK ASDA, Morrisons and Sainsbury’s, stores (excludes online, petrol stations & Morrisons Daily). The offer may only be redeemed in-store. Smartphone and internet necessary. Original e-voucher must be presented at the time of purchase. Not for sale or auction. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given. E-vouchers won during the Weekly Draws are valid until 14/05/25. E-vouchers won during the Wrap Up Draw are valid until 18/09/25. Once the e-voucher is activated, it must be used within 20 minutes. Participating stores' acceptance policy may vary. In case of query, please refer to instore customer services. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. e-voucher holders hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.

Notification of Winners and Delivery of the Prizes

A description of how winners will be notified and how Prizes will be delivered for each stage of the Promotion is set out below:
1. Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion
  Winners of the Find a Feathers McGraw Winning Ticket Promotion will find out immediately if they have won a Main Prize once they have opened the Promotional Product they have bought and found a winning 'Feathers McGraw' ticket inside.
  
  If you are the winner of a Main Prize, you must follow the instructions set out on the ticket by 23:59 (UK time) on 30 June 2025 to claim your Prize. This includes emailing hello@winwithbisto.co.uk with the unique 10-digit code set out on your winning ticket, providing your UK postal address, email address and full name, and uploading images of the winning ticket (in JPG, PNG or GIF format, up to a maximum size of 10MB), the Promotional Product, and the original itemised till receipt showing your purchase of the Promotional Product. You must retain your winning ticket until you have received your Prize. Winners of the Main Prize may be required to post their original ticket and receipt to the Promoter at the address communicated to them by the Promoter within 14 days of receiving pre-paid packaging from the Promorter for the ticket and receipt, so the ticket can be validated. Once validated, the winner will be sent a confirmation email and the Main Prize will then be posted to them.
2. Weekly Draws and Wrap up Draw
  Winners of the Weekly Draws and Wrap Up Draw will be contacted via SMS to the mobile number provided to enter the Promotion, and with a link to claim their Prize, within 7 days of the closing date of the applicable Weekly Draw or the Wrap Up Draw Date (as applicable) (the “Notification Date”). For an e-voucher Prize, winners will be required to click on the link received in their SMS notification to redeem. Winners of all other Prizes in the Weekly Draws and Wrap Up Draw must claim their Prize within 14 days of the Notification Date by confirming their first name, last name and UK postal address for delivery of the Prize.
Entrants who have not won a Prize will not be notified.
Subject to the provision of an e-voucher Prize, a winner forfeits their Prize in the Main Promotion (including a Main Prize) and such Prize will fall within the Prizes to be won in relation to the Wrap Up Draw if a winner does not claim their Prize within the period set out above in clause 14(b).
A winner forfeits their Prize in the Wrap Up Draw and the Promoter reserves the right to select at random an alternative winner from all eligible entries received if:
1. a winner does not submit the details required for delivery of a Prize;
2. subject to the provision of an e-voucher Prize, within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter they have won in the Wrap Up Draw, a winner does not respond or does not provide their full name and relevant details (including if applicable, UK address details for a Prize to be despatched to);
3. a Prize is rejected or returned undeliverable;
4. a winner cannot accept the Prize for any reason; or
5. an entry is invalid or an entrant is disqualified or in breach of these Terms.
The winner or, an individual aged 18 or over nominated by the winner, will be required to be available at the delivery address to accept and sign for delivery of the Main Prize.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide accurate, up-to-date details. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for entrants failing to supply accurate information which then affects the acceptance or fulfilment of their Prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any inability of a winner to take up a Prize.
Please allow up to 45 days from the date a winner supplies the requested details for delivery of a Prize. E-voucher Prizes will be delivered via SMS within 24 hours of the Notification Date to the mobile number provided by the entrant upon entry to the Promotion.

Data Protection and Marketing

All entries and any accompanying material (whether visual, oral or written) submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your entry and any accompanying material, each entrant agrees to:

Assign to the Promoter all copyright and other intellectual property rights which exist in their participation in this Promotion and any accompanying material with full title guarantee, in perpetuity and on a worldwide basis for use at Promoter's sole discretion including, without limitation, use in advertising, other media, press releases, editorial and promotional activity, point of sale material, Promoter's websites, third party websites (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube), newsletters and e-newsletters; and
2. Irrevocably waive all moral rights (which shall include their name, location and age) which could exist in and to their entry and otherwise arising in connection with their entry to which the entrant may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
Each entrant agrees that they shall execute any document or instrument necessary to give effect to any assignment, grant of rights or waiver referred to in this clause 22.
Any personal information that entrants share with the Promotor (including name, address, email, or other data) will be kept secure and only used in line with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and these Terms. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that their information may be held and used by the Promotor, its agents and suppliers for the purpose of administering the Promotion. The Promotor may contact entrants by email, post, phone, SMS or other means in relation to the Promotion, but will not send entrants any marketing communication unless entrants have also agreed to this or the Promoter has another lawful basis for the communication.
All personal details and/or information given either in the entry process or otherwise must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading. Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entrants if they have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading personal details and/or information.
In entering the Promotion, all entrants and winners agree to participate in any promotional activity or advertising relating to the Promotion, which may include entry content, voice, image and name for publicity purposes (in any media, print or online, including any websites, social media sites or third party retailer websites) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material (whether or not related to the Promotion) free of charge without additional compensation or prior notice. Promoter may modify any entry content to fit in context with the relevant usage, whilst maintaining its original sentiment.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award for the Promotion took place. The Promoter may therefore use the winner’s first name and initial, and county of residence (where available), to announce them as the winner of the Promotion. If you do not wish for your personal information to be used for this purpose or, if you wish to limit the amount of personal information that is published, please contact privacy@premierfoods.co.uk upon entry to the Promotion. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide such information and all winning entries to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
To receive a list of winner(s), email hello@winwithbisto.co.uk within 3 months of the Wrap Up Draw Date. Please note that we may not be able to disclose this requested information if an entrant objects to the disclosure of such information in accordance with clause 26. Where a winning entrant has objected to their information being disclosed, the Promoter will instead confirm that a valid award has taken place. The Promoter must still disclose the information to UK regulators such as the Advertising Standards Authority, on request.

Limitation of Liability

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents, suppliers or distributors involved in this Promotion will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners, whether arising from tort including negligence, breach of contract or otherwise, for any loss, damage, liability, injury or personal disappointment incurred or suffered whatsoever as a result of or relating to participation in this Promotion or the Prizes, unless you suffer personal injury or death as a result of the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

General

By entering the Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by:
1. these Terms; and, to the extent applicable,

4. the e-voucher terms and conditions (as outlined in clause 13 above).
Any entries that do not comply in full with these Terms and the applicable terms set out in this clause may be disqualified.
Entries and claims for Prizes which do not include all of the information required will be deemed invalid.
Any decision of the Promoter as to eligibility to take part in the Promotion or the result of the Promotion will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any entry, claim or award of Prizes and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify a entrant or winner where it believes there has been a breach of these Terms, the spirit of the Promotion, any instructions forming part of this Promotion's entry requirements or otherwise where a entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or claimed using fraudulent means. Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify an entrant or winner that in its absolute discretion could bring the Promoter into disrepute. The Promoter's decision will be final in this regard.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are late, delayed, incomplete, lost, damaged, incorrectly submitted, are unreadable or misdirected, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure, non-availability of the website, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind, or any other reason.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for:
1. any codes, entries or notifications which are not received due to the use of incorrect or inaccurate entry information, any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions, or for any other reason;
2. any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of the Promotion;
3. any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the operation of the Promotion;
4. inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet and/or any website;
5. non-delivery of a Prize caused by a winner's provision of incorrect information or any other causes beyond the Promoter's control; or
6. any injury or damage to any person’s computer(s) or mobile device(s) which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Promotion or to download any materials in connection with the Promotion.
Any risk of loss, theft or damage to the Prizes passes to a winner once the Prize has been delivered. It is the winner’s responsibility to take out any required insurances to cover the Prize (including the Main Prize) after receipt.
The Promoter will not dispatch any Prizes to virtual UK addresses such as, but not limited to, AddressPal, Mail Boxes etc, Ghost Mail or OOH Pod.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook and Instagram. Each participant accepts that Facebook and Instagram shall have no responsibility or liability to them in respect of or, in connection with this Promotion and further agree that Facebook and Instagram shall be released of any responsibility or liability in respect of this Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to amend or waive any of these Terms, or to delay, postpone or cancel the Promotion at any stage, in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or outside its reasonable control, which it considers necessary (including suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these Terms).
The Promotion and these Terms are subject the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes must be referred to the English courts.
